U.S. Quarried Slate, Inc.
1. On November 3, 1994, the Commissioner issued a decision, Opinion No. 51-94WC, after formal hearing in the above referenced matter.
2. Upon appeal from that decision to the Superior Court of Rutland County, a jury having been charged with answering the question: "Had the claimant reached an end medical result on September 29, 1992?" responded "Yes."
3. By this response, the jury confirmed the decision of the Commissioner as reflected in Opinion No. 51-94WC, resulting in the denial of the claimant's request for additional temporary total and permanent partial disability compensation.
WHEREFORE, the Order of the Commissioner is confirmed, and the claimant's request for additional temporary total or permanent partial disability compensation is denied.
