Eveready Battery
1. On August 10, 1995, the Commissioner issued a decision, Opinion No. 46-95WC, after formal hearing in the above referenced matter.
2. Upon appeal from that decision to the Superior Court of Bennington County, a jury, having been charged with reaching a special verdict, confirmed the decision of the Commissioner as reflected in Opinion No. 46-95WC, entitling the claimant to permanent partial disability compensation in the amount of a 30% impairment to her right upper extremity.
WHEREFORE, to the extent that the benefit has not already been paid, Eveready Battery is ordered to pay to the claimant permanent partial disability compensation on a 30% impairment to her right upper extremity.
